Exchange Conditions
➤ We accept exchanges only in the following cases:
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect item shipped
➤ To qualify for an exchange:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received
• The request will be reviewed before exchange approval
➤ Return shipping costs will be covered by the store only in cases of defects or shipping errors.
